Is green pepper nutritious food? Today went to local market couldn't find green salad and bought green pepper, tomato and onion. Tonight make a salad from them as dinner. Is it good nutrition?

That's a nice summer diet, but how does it stand up in cold-climate winters? Even Joachim Werdin agrees that kind of restriction works only in a tropical climate.

Seems to me the right foods are those produced in the place where you live. You know, tropical folk eat salads and melons, Eskimos eat whale fat.

But now most supermarket towns are cosmopolitan and we can eat tropical fruits in an English winter. Thing is, they're mostly picked too soon and expected to ripen in transit. It's a lottery whether you get something that's good to eat or horrible, and you can never have in England the experience of a ripe mango warm off the tree in the tropics.

Desperate, why not ask someone who always seems chilled and happy what he or she eats? Like Harvey Diamond writes in Fit For Life, success leaves clues. :D

This world will not heal/be healthy without enough of its inhabitants living a lifestyle of health, and being at peace within theirselves. It's people like Hilde who find their passion and purpose in helping people get out of pain and lead us all to a better experience here.

Let me direct you again to the following two YouTube channels. Of course, there are a growing number of people helping others along these lines, and if you think you'll resonate with someone else, do some searching.

John Rose, Robert Morse ND.
