3 1/2 years

Postby Ade,wales » Fri Sep 21, 2018 11:09 pm

So three and a half years since I had any ganj.

And I don’t miss it I one bit.

The first year was sh** and f***ing hard. But just about manageable. You have to keep it going,or you’ll fail. Just don’t smoke. It’s thats simple. f***ing hard, but possible.

I can now look back and think what the **** was I doing. What a waste.

It’s so much better not being a slave to that sh**.

NEVER AGAIN

If you’re here looking to quit but struggling the only answer is STOP.

It’s hard, yeah.

But the only way.

Put up with the sh** thrown at you and keep going. It gets better. And easier the longer you keep at it.

Good luck

Great post.

I want to know. What did you substitute ganj, (whatever it is) with? What are you doing now?

Living a normal life. My main reason for stopping was a baby on the way. I just couldn’t be wasted all the time with her.

Thank you bullfrog

Yes becoming a dad has completely changed me for the better.

Stopping this ridiculous addiction was unbelievably hard but not impossible. It’s just how much you want it. It can be done.

I was completely addicted to smoking weed for years. Now I don’t even think about it at all.

You just gotta break the habit.

And after a while you realise it wasn’t necessary, and f***ing you up.

Thank you for telling us your story. It gives me hope to feeling normal one day. Anxiety is the main problem for me.

Hi Lucy

If you keep up your abstinence you will get better. It just takes some time. Smoke weed and it’ll **** things up. You just gotta keep going. Put up with the sh** until one day there will be none
