Is it dogmatic to say "Your tone is really rude, that is a fact" ?

Quick responses would be greatly appreciated

Is it dogmatic to say:

“An orange is a fruit, that is a fact”
“The universe was created by intelligent design, that is a fact”

???

What comes before the comma is largely irrelevant. It is ‘that is a fact’ that implies a statement is dogmatic. Any claim of fact, whether a person’s tone, what an orange is classified as, or how the universe was created, can be seen as dogmatic. And that’s not a fact, just my opinion. I don’t want to be dogmatic here.
