I hate myself and world !

Hi

I am a 31 years old Single man.


Nearly a year, I have no hope and motivation for life, I'm severely depressed, I have a problem with my personality and my existence, I hate myself, my happiness is a moment and it's not lasting, for months I have nervous tics in my body organs , and my hands and feets are trembling. I think of suicide many times a day, I'm pessimistic about the future. I talk a little bit and my social connections are weak. My memory is weakened and I can hardly focus on the subject. I also use the DEPAKIN tablet With the doctor's Prescription.

Please help me in this situation.

First: Don't say that I hate myself.

This is the biggest mistake that we make that pushes us deep into our feelings. If we don't love ourselves, how can we expect others to love us?

The answer to this problem is transition & transformation.

Make one small positive change every day. Start off at 31. Begin your new life in the 30's. Leave behind your insecurities.

As Dwayne Johnson says "You knock down doors, you break down walls and if anyone says that you can't, take your fears, your insecurities, your weakness, make them into a ball, turn those SOB sideways and stick them straight up their candy *****"
Start working out. Wake up early. A change in your body will cultivate a change in your mind.
Set a time limit and commit to it. It takes 21 days to make a habit and routine. But you have to do it.

Bring back your focus. Appreciate small things in your life. Keep yourself happy. The trick is to be happy.

Thanks a lot, kycoo for your useful reply.
I try this new start and method for several time but after hours or even minutes the former mood arrive, and I transform to same hopeless person. Just a Little bad event can change all positive thoughts.

Keep streching yourself towards newer heights. Until you can do a high-kick. To do a high-kick you must patiently strech, thinking negatively doesn't help.
