Yeah, common sense is common for a reason.

Book is inspiring and good. Alfred alders method to cure melancholia make someone happy for 14 days I liked that idea my all depression started when I became a heavy antisocial at 18..I was never a social as a teen but at 18 I became a heavy antisocial. This idea came to my mind even solution to my loss of libido problem is in socialising but my asexual preferences require loneliness I think I'm aware I'm writing a junk post just wanted to talk anyways have a great evening everyone it's Saturday evening and we don't have to wake up early tomorrow. .

No. No more book recommendations.

You're making a common mistake here. You think reading the book is enough. It's convincingly written, so you can see how the concepts will help you. You wrote that you felt inspired by it, that the commonsense suggestions made sense to you. That's all good, but you have to take action before you close the book and start another.

Do something, desperate. Pick the most inspiring suggestion you've read and act on it.

Those were mostly things I already know..written at board. I'm trying to act on them in my mind.

You can't act on things in your mind, that's called thinking about things. Action requires effort and commitment to changing. Do you have that?
