And what you think is mostly habit. I think that I mentioned about Dr. Joe Dispenza to you before. Please take a look at his materials on the Internet. Do it over, and over, and over, and over again. You need to train your brain to bring up different thoughts.

Desperate, what would make a good day for you? Can you experience a single good day? Start there.

It doesn’t take much to have one good day. You plan it out. When will you wake up? What will you do?

For example:

I wake up at 6:30 am
I go outside for some exercise
I clean up and then head to the market to buy an apple
I go to a coffee shop to read, drink a cup of coffee and enjoy my apple
...
...
...

All of the above are simple things that make my day good. What makes your day good?

Similar things..A day without anxoety worries and bad feelings come with them. Pessimism also. Feelings of darkness a day without them would do good. And guess this is not a good day either.

I have suggested you write down your good actions in here, but you don’t. Instead all you do is write down negative thoughts.

There isn't much I would like to do due to current depressed state of my mind. I want to go to shopping center tonight but there are various worries about it. My mind is such an awful situation that it's normal I can't apply recommendat ions told here. But you try thanks for that.
