That’s is the exact problem. You don’t DO. You only lay around and think, which does nothing to help or change your situation. You can’t think your way out. You can only DO.

For some they do not shower, they do not brush their teeth, they do not change clothes, they do not eat, they do not get out of bed. These are “do”...these are actions to help them change how they are thinking.

Do things.

If you want to go to the shopping center, get dressed, leave the apartment, and start to walk there. You don’t need to go inside right away if you are worried. You can watch for a bit. You will see with each step the worries in your head are not how things actually are. You create fears that are imagined, but if you DO then those fears are proven wrong. There is no problem at the shopping center.

It was raining today here in Zhangjiagang. I woke up in a dark room, so I turned on a light! I then put on my coat and grabbed an umbrella. I went to the store and bought my apple. I just got back to my apartment after buying a green tea with peach jelly. What a great day that I made.

What day will you MAKE desperate? Turn the light on! Grab an umbrella. Go make your day good.

I'm crying all the time thinking how I grew couldn't transform to an adult while everyone could. I'm still a child and that causes anxiety in your 40s.
