I have done my research. It looks really promising - can't wait to try it.

Also, I have come across this guy who had overcome Parkinson's disease... He seems to know what he is talking about.

He suggests taking Mucuna pruriens with 5 HTP and L-Tyrosine to get the full effect.

ahaha I came across this video too diuring my bad days. I ve done what he say but be carefull with tyrosine because I didn t sleep for 4 days! It s a strong amino acid that boost your thyroid hormones and this can be too much for some. In my case mucuna alone is perfect.

Thanks for the warning about tyrosine:) I will start with low doses and have purchased alpha lipoic acid, 5 HTP along with L-tyrosine and mucuna pruriens.

I can hardly describe how am I feeling right now. There has been a lot of positive changes recently in my life (business & work, friends, girls) but I am not "feeling happy". There has been one month (at 9 months) when I was at my 70-80%, but other than that I am constantly feeling low.

I know that healing is a long term process, but I have feeling that my brain needs little help with dopamine.

Hej guys I been reading this forum for a while i tried quitting before now I hope to God I make it since first time I asked God to help and am sure I got help..but since I'm on like Month and half now quit I bought velvet beans powder how much is 5 grams also l tyrosine and b vitamin complex is it too early to start using it I feel very tired during day how much should I use and I have a hard time sleeping also ... wishing everyone to repent for destroying our mind and bodies and hope for recovery..I'm in Sweden right now been smoking on hashih and skunk before but cut out skunk sh**...don't know if microdosing is good also ...type o how you feeling brother since you caught my attention with supplements I need some help brother

I can say I m at 90%. My depression is gone when I started mucuna and never came back. I feel sometime little anxiety but it s really nothing to worry about. My sleep is ok but I m generally tired. All those months of stress have depleted my energy. For everyone I can suggest also magnesium as a really good help like in my case. No miracle but a good support.

About your questions I think it s too early to start with these supplements. You can try but I think nothing will be more potent than time. You have to be patient. Consider 6 months mark. Like other peoples I found this timeline very realistic. That s the moment in my opinon you should see the benefits from supplements. You will not heal yourself by taking mucuna and co. The "damage" we done to our brain is too complex and need more than that. So be patient because everything will come back again like it used to be. There s nothing to worry about. Have a good lifestyle too.

I stopped using macuna, l-tyrosine and 5-HTP. Macuna had no impact on my mood, tyrosine gave me really "heavy head", while 5-HTP worked first few days but after that there was no effects.

I realized that it's probably the best for your brain to go trough healing process with out mood boosting suppliments.

I keep on taking Alpha lipid acid and NAC every few days - they are powerful antioxidants.

And also Omega 3, probiotics and good vitamin complex called "alpha man". Magnesium citrate is very good at helping with anxiety.

About Macuna dosing - it really depends on the % of l-dopa your product has. You should take about 100mg - 150mg of it..

If your product is extract powder and it has 4%- 5% per 1000mg, then you should take around 3000mg - 4000mg (120mg - 200mg l-dopa).

But I don't recommend it. Take care.

Thanks guys, last time I quit I made it three months but got a serious depression and don't want that to happen this time around...I got good Omega 3 with high EPA 320 mg and dha 230 mg per pill and about mucuna pruriens it's raw eco 125 g ..stoped smoking drinking got CBD oil too but don't feel to good when I take it ...quess I just have to experiment little on my own but definitely can't handle depression again.. i take on running little bit and healthy lifestyle basically , but just loose energy way too quick

You have to convince yourself that depression or "bad mood" should really be part of the game. But also always remember there is a start and a finish. Even if it will take 6, 7, 8....12 months it s nothing compared to all your life. Stay positive, try all these supplements if you want (they will not hurt you anyway, the worse is they will not work).It s a challenge but you cannot lose!
