I predict you're going to feel so good, you won't want to give it up.

It makes supermarket shopping so much easier. Unless you want toothpaste or batteries, you have only to walk around the fruit and veg aisles grabbing everything that appeals to you.

A good juicer is essential. Last time I did a juice fast I got over the impulse to clean up every time I made a glassful of the good stuff. One good wash at the end of each day is enough, I think.

Thanks for the tips . They made it easier. Cleaning the juicer is really boring. Shopping for fruits and veggies is fun. I will buy all kinds of them.

I know you realise wine is more than just grape juice. :wink:

There are two reasons I urge caution.

1) If you go out with no solid food in your tum and drink 17 pints of lager, you'll end up in a serious mess.
2) There's a high probability that drinking alcohol will sabotage all your efforts because it will sideswipe your self-control.

I bought leek carrot tomato apple and banana. Juicer didn't accept the leek gave up on it but a little of it tastes awful to be honest. I mixed green salad apple carrot and tomato. Mix tasted ok. I'm still hungry though.
