I'm sick and getting older

No no, meditation was just an example.
I could write that the key to happiness is to make 6 things in your daily life:
- certainty
- uncertainty
- importance
- development
- relations
- contribution
but these are only words that have no power, because I am not your authority

I can't understand what's certainty or uncertainty have with happiness. I would drink wine and listen music to be happy if I were healthy.

certainty - confidence in survival, money, and place to sleep - home.
uncertainty - emotions, risk, fun

Drugs give happiness only for a moment, and taking them constantly destroys the body.
The 6 things that I wrote give a lasting happiness, but the condition is to keep doing them every day.
I will explain everything tomorrow, today I am too tired

Confidence in survival is really good. Everyone needs it. Emotions cool but risking wouldn't make me happy worried instead.

Okay, so the whole thing is to feel all 6 things at once, otherwise we will not feel full happiness every day. The easiest way is to compare it to the pyramid of needs, which imo is out of date for a 21 century man.

- certainty - you want to know that tomorrow you will have what to eat, a place to sleep, etc.
- uncertainty - it is not the opposite of certainty. it is a desire to feel a unpredictability, fun, etc. feeling the rest without it would make our life would be like clockwork devoid of sparks
- importance - you want to be important to someone, part of his life, you want to give someone an example
- development - progress everyday, the easiest way - doing sports
- relations - integration with other people, not necessarily needs to be loved
- contribution - you want to create something, have your part in something, build something

in short. modern human needs

I'm weak at these except certainty that's why am I unhappy? When I was a child I was happy did I use to have those 6? I can't remember.

No, it's about an adult conscious man. To these 6 there is still motivation to act and a few other things and a really complicated recipe for universal happiness comes out, but everyone is individual.
Believe me, these 6 things will give your life THE MEANING OF LIFE and these are not so difficult.
The simplest example:
you go to work as a teacher and you like this job (certanity, uncertanity, importance). After work, you go to the gym every day with your friends (developments, relations). In the evenings you spend time by writing an important book for you and you are going to release it to the world. (contribution) Recipe for happiens? Not completely.
It is really hard to apply changes to our lives and keep them. The key is effective time management, motivation and taking action. And the fact that the work must be passionate and everything you do should give you satisfaction makes this even harder.
Even so, thanks to these 6 things, you will find the meaning of life.

I'm so unmotivated..just trying to save day with fake confidence. Worries remain all I can do is covering them with fake confidence and save some days like today other days they are intense as always. I can't socialise I can't produce art just going to work late with complaint. Things must chang but im too lazy and unmotivated

Okay, apparently you have no goals in your life. Do you set short-term and long-term goals?
You can set goals at the end of the month, for example:
- I will learn X (there are many online courses for free, eg programming)
daily:
- I'll catch random people on the street to build self-confidence
year:
- I will run a marathon

It is also important to find the so-called LIFE MISSION, but this is usually not determined, it is inscribed in you, something that expresses you and is a goal for life. The flame that is burning inside you and gives you strength and motivation.

Exercise to find a life mission:
Take a piece of paper and a pen or open an empty document in a notebook or word on computer.
Write what you would like to do in life, what you would like to achieve, what you would like to share, but do not write, for example, "learning to swim", but "swim well", "take part in swimming competitions", etc.
other examples of what you can write are:
develop everyday, have a company in which I will earn a lot of money, go to Hawaii for holiday, have a family, share my passion with others, record videos on youtube, etc.
Write whatever comes to mind. Write. 50 things are a minimum.
How will you find your life mission?
While writing some of the things you are writing will make you feel emotions. Life missions you will find when emotions will be really strong. You will feel by yourself that this is your mission. If you still have not found it then keep writing. Only you will know when you're done.
Finally, write your mission somewhere. Save it and remember.
The most important thing is to do this exercise NOW, so NOW, right now and only now. If you put it back for 2 minutes, you will not do it, it works like that.
Open a notebook and write.

I don't need a life mission..I just want my libido back. I want to travel world with a girl friend. Actually there are other things I want to earn my life by art but I'm too old for that. I want to move to istanbul see my mother more.

sorry, I did not know you were sick.

if you have depression then go to a specialist because posts from a random guys from the forum will not help you.

if not just focus on today and enjoy every second.

The future and the past are only different forms of human memory.

My depression is unique specialists wouldn't recognise it. I was seeing a therapist he advised me to socialise and having walks. Both are good for depression I don't know my disease is a terrible damn one I'm losing hope feel like I will never be cured..
