When all day I worry about terrible things that may happen to me how can I be positive? I have a serious worrying problem.

You think you have serious problems? No desperate, you don’t have any actual problems because as you said, “it’s relative.”

Maybe you should reconsider that BS response you gave.

My thinking normalises for short periods then I tend to think there is no problems but that passes.

What kind of answer might be helpful?

If you met someone with the exact problem you have, what would you advise him?

I'm aware I don't pay attention to advices I am told here I go on complaining don't know how to fix it it should be a part of my illness I would say to someone who had problems like me to take it easy and relax but it's said easier than done.

Do you know a quality recording that mimics those feelings?

I've suggested in the past that you show an interest in other members' posts, and see if you can help someone else.

Complaining speech (or writing) proceeds from complaining thoughts -- and there are positive thoughts aka affirmations that feel better... if you can bring yourself to believe them. But as Richard pointed out, action, not words, is the only way out of your troubles.

No one can do it for you.

I would say to someone who had problems like me to take it easy and relax but it's said easier than done.

I agree -- and I don't think it counts as advice. When someone's struggling with a problem, it's insulting and dismissive to suggest he relax. It's also the opposite of action.

I would like to be at a beach sun is shining blue skies sound of waves no work no worries

And no people? Who would you like to be there with you? And how are you ever going to have a girlfriend if you don't talk to one??

Do you know a quality recording that mimics those feelings?

There are thousands of relaxation recordings on the market, if you still believe doing nothing is helpful. It would be far better to work out a plan for getting the things you say you want in life.

For sure no one on the forum can do it for you.
