Go to a solicitor or a police station and see if you've committed an offence in the legal sense. Then you'll have your fact.

Ok, I don’t think my current state of anxiety could deal with that. I was hoping someone on the forum may have be able to put a legal perspective on this matter.

Ok thanks Candid, I know deep down that I’ve got into a panic about an innocent childhood incident. It’s the first time my ocd/anxiety has been so extreme so it’s all fairly new to me I suppose. I’m doing every thing i can to address it, meditation, exercise etc. I might look at therapy if it continues much longer. Thanks again for your input.
