250 days

Postby Head in loud » Sun Mar 10, 2019 1:57 am

Today it been 250 days, what a ride, will not even wish it on my worst enemy. I still have all the symptoms, specially the ringing in my left ears, headaches and DP/DR. I must say it has gotten better but the pace been very slow. Sometimes I still feel like crying for no reason. I’m extremely emotionally and get irritated so easily. Sometimes I feel like something serious is wrong with me, but either way I will give it one year or maybe more before I seek professional help.

same timeline and symptoms like you. I've had paw wave this last month. I though I was recovered but in reality not at all. Nothing to do as the first 6 months of course but still debilitating. I started Nofap myself too 2 days ago. I hope it will help with my chronic fatigue

Is your DPDR constant? Or is it more in waves? Also what are your DPDR symptoms? Mine are feeling detached from myself and my surroundings, no sense of time, detached from friends and family, and just feel high all the time. Hope you feel better man. Congrats on 250 days

fortunately it come in waves. Some days I feel 100%. Then all start again. My tinnitus also has improved. It was constant for months (aprox 4). I don t have Dp but only Dr I think. It feel like a brain fog. Unable to focus on things. Living in a dream. Also I feel pressure behind my eyes......I think Dr is the result of anxiety. Anxiety can cause some vision distorsion and sensitivity to light which is my case. I suppose this because when I m relaxed the Dr is absent.
Congrat for your 8 months too friend;)
