Some tips to make PAWS more bearable

Hey guys. Im 14 months in and i have had a rough joruney, and still have. Lately for the past 3 weeks i have been really diciplined with exercise(30 mins cardio 3x times a week), Meditation(10 mins once a day), and lifting(2x times a week). Also i have kept a really strict healthy diet with one cheat day a week so i dont tire myself out. Anyways, since doing this i have felt much better. Not at all where i want to be, but the depression is much better and paws symptoms in general are much better. I do cold showers as well. I got tired at just sitting around waiting for my brain to heal, so i kind of forced a healthy lifestyle and i believe we all should do that to heal much quicker. I hope this helps some of you guys going through rough times :)

A healthy routine definitely helps. Can't just sit around and wait. Agree 100%
