PAWS - are you irritable?

Postby weedbaddrug » Wed May 08, 2019 10:53 am

Currently on month 8 and I hate it.

Are you also having this symptom? Could it be due to the withdrawal which is making it worse than it seems?

Irritability has been something Ive had to constantly adapt to. I know Im irritible because of paws (really just from my body feeling like sh**) so I consciously make myself say nicer things than I think. Ive learned to live with that for the last 6 months, and I cant wait to stop.

What do you mean by rumination?

I assumed he meant obsessive thoughts of our current state and what's going to happen or how are we going to manage, AKA anxiety :)

Yes and other things also that usually we would not think about it as much without anxiety.

Like if someone upsets you , you would think about it more compared to someone without anxiety.

So this happens to you ash as well ? I believe rumination is a symptom of anxiety

If it didn't happen, we wouldn't be here! It gets better over time though!
