Numbed brain

Postby desperate788 » Sun Jun 02, 2019 1:48 pm

I can't feel the heavy pressure at my brain that I usually feel when I'm angry I worry if I numbed my brain due to long periods of pressure that I can't feel now

Why not think of it as a good thing?

What stops you changing that? Why does it have to be a lie as that suggests you already know the truth.

I can't understand you. I'm nearly sure it's not a good sign wish it was. My mind is so strange. Sensations change in a day sometimes feels like complete idiot.

All I know from experience is nothing changes until you make them. Telling yourself you can't or other negative self talk gets you what you already have..
