1 year in

Hi folks,
It's been a very long time I haven't posted in this forum because I realised that I became addicted to this forum; so I decided to take a little bit of break. The last time I posted was when I was 6 months in. Now, I am 1 year and 6 days in and have good and bad news. The bad news is that I am still in the woods; head fogging. if I can say it, I would say that I am honestly still not sober yet. The good news is that I don't feel the heavy head pressure that I complained about in my last post for one month now. The only issue that I got now is then the brain fog and some light ear popping which we have even when we are not in weed paws. I am no longer irritable. So I am now hopefully waiting for my recovery. I think I am in a kind of permahigh now and waiting for it to permanently disappear.
During those times, I always tried to act as a normal person. I didn't stay at home all day but tried to socialise with people and I think it really worked. Now, though I am not fully sober yet, I can socialise without difficulty. I also practise sport to sweat THC out of my body apart from drinking detoxifying juices often. I want to note that I am feeling high but have the capacity to socialise.
For everybody here, never give up. human body is meant to eliminate all substances that is not good for it such as THC but it just takes longer for THC. That means that you have to heal however long it takes. I hope that the next 2 or 3 months will bring me something new.
I want to thank all the members here whose posts really amazed me and gave me hope. big thanks to the heroes here such as Bvl, Netty, Biggiesize, also bullfrog and everybody
Keep far away from brain altering substances. I wish all of us the best

Good to hear you are recovering. I am almost 4 months in, and still have facial pressure, among other tired/foggy brain symptoms. Glad to hear the pressure got better for you

Hey SparkleFly12! I can feel how you are now. When I was at my 4th month, I had heavy head pressure, ear pressure. I even had panic attacks until my 6th months. Stay positive and have faith that it will disappear one day. Practice sport and eat healthy. try to distract yourself by listening to your favorite songs and do things you like.
all my best wishes to us.
