Starting from scratch

Postby LonelySmoker » Thu Jun 13, 2019 11:29 am

So i've been down this path before. I even quick once for 18 months.

I'm no longer a lonely smoker as I am married and am a father.

I've recently been reading about the impact of long term marijuana use on the brain. I truly believe this did it for me.

I want my brain to heal, which it can. It will take time.

I will do my best to keep posting here regarding my progress.

Best wishes to all

Long term weed use does affect the brain. I used to think otherwise, but after having quit for a few months and experiencing a long drawn out withdrawal, I know weed does change the homeostatic state of the brain.

You can do it, just focus on other things and try not to think about feeling shitty.
