3 days weed free

Postby LonelySmoker » Sun Jun 16, 2019 10:35 am

I had some cold sweats last night and woke up a few times but nothing major. I still slept well.

I've had some cravings but I find that if I occupy my mind for 5 mins the craving goes away.

Let's keep it going!

You smoke a lot before you quit?

I had night sweats lasting till 2 months or so... unfortunately a lot of symptoms didnt kick in until week 1 was over. I seem to have more physical symptoms though, compared to most...

Lonely: what do you occupy your mind with? what do you think about?

Sleeping is where i feel it the most too. Although physical symptoms come and go, but I'm never certain that they're directly connected to weed. I try to attribute it to other habits such as eating, screens, dehydration; so i force myself to be healthier in other ways.

Well it's easier for me now given that I'm a father. When I'm stoned it's harder to take care of my kid.

I think you have to find something that motivates you than just smoking and being stoned. Work, sports, school, starting a business, etc....

Congrats on having the kid. Im happy to hear you’re being a good dad! Its easier and more fun when the mind is 100% there!

My dog has helped me improve my quality of life too. I can tell she judges me.
