I'm so anxious

It's true, desperate. A dozen times a day you tell us how helpless and hopeless you are. That's called "running a tape". Your tape, on an endless loop, is about being pathetic, needing help, and blah-de-blah-de-blah. That is what's keeping you stuck, and making you deteriorate mentally.

Our minds are so precious. Whatever we think about all day will manifest in us, and in our lives. You are the one harming yourself, not your father, not your sister.

Only you can do that.

I think that you are healthier resigning. You want to. You say you suffer. The years roll on. Stop doing a job that you hate. You gave it a good effort. Stop doing the same job and expecting things to change. They won’t. Mother will take care of you. 3 months, 6 months from now you can be at a different job.

It's clear that I will be this same depressed anxious idiot all my remaining years at least I could chill at home instead of suffering endlessly at this job. I don't blame you though I can't resign because of my mother
