Long-term members all know you ask for help a dozen times a day but don't bother paying it back, much less forward.

I can't understand how helping people will improve my anxiety and depression. They are caused by excessively damaged brain neurotransmitter balance prob ably because of high adrenaline . Indeed I may be selfish but don't want to be. In theory I like people who are nice.

There are many people healthy and happy though they don't help people . I enjoy helping people but I'm so severely impaired that can't think that.

Granted, I think there were a couple times in my own time with you that you thanked me or surfacely thought about one of my thoughts. Overall, -1-2-3- is the 99.9% norm around here.

Therapist hasn't called back don't know what her problem is. I'm a bit better today some little christmas spirit but very little indeed
