You're surrounded by other people. It would help if you stopped your endless navel-gazing and actually talked to someone.

No drug is going to stop you complaining. You've been doing it for so long you're incapable of noticing you're no worse off than anyone else.

Yeah, having a life is great. You ought to try it some time.

You have every chance. You're free to go out and get what you want, or to sit online complaining all day every day. You decide!

That's a good start. We've spent 10 years investigating your misery, and if you don't know what to do about it now you probably never will.

What say you about having a meal at a cafe today? What are the chances to be infected?

You'll be advised at any cafe that's open what their current rules are. In the UK we can now get takeaways easily, and last week we enjoyed two restaurant meals, well, one was at a pub where we sat outside but the other was in a restaurant and no one seemed worried. The tables were quite far apart.

If you could understand how illogical all your worries are, you'd be well on the way to a cure. https://www.helpguide.org/articles/anxi ... rrying.htm

How come no one's noticed? Your mother, the people you work with, the psychiatrist you saw?

I don't believe anyone can hide a psychosis. You're not crazy. You can manage your life. So why aren't you doing better?

My situation is complicated even the face people see isnt my real face im indeed hiding a terrible mental disease. Its a mixture of somethings relaxation prob depression psychosis and damage to the brain..they are hidden and no will left at me to stand living with this disease

Whole holding a job and fooling psychiatrists / therapists. Does your mother know what's wrong with you?

they are hidden

I don't believe you can hide psychosis OR brain damage. If you can hide them, they aren't a problem. Psychoses and brain damage are among the very few things that are 'bigger' than the people they affect. Mild brain damage can be concealed in the short term, but not everyone with brain damage spends their days complaining and avoiding everyone. Got a touch of it myself, so I know what I'm talking about.

What exactly do you want out of life?
