Self-doubts from childhood bullying

Hi there,

I often notice that I get hold back from doing things by thoughts and doubts that stem from experiences from my childhood. I used to be an overweight and socially awkward child, which I got bullied for most of my school life. Now I am 24, working on self-improvement a lot and have lost most of my belly fat 3 years ago.

These days when approaching women, I often think something like "I am not looking good enough for her, I am too fat", even though on a rational level I know that's not necessarily the case. But there lies the problem: The rationality does not break through these old doubts.

When I am dreaming about my goals and how I achieve them I often think how satisfactory it would be to meet one of the bullies again to show them how much I have improved. Again, from a rational viewpoint this seems pathetic and I do not actually care about those people anymore, but these thoughts still rise up continually.

I also get irritated more than necessary when someone gets angry at me for whatever reason. In those moments I often feel a little bit like back in the days when I got bullied in a football team that I played in for a year or so. Back then I felt like whatever I did was wrong because I was fat. These days when doing something wrong the critique sort of hits me on a personal level, like as if the world is once again displeased with me being too fat.

How do I get rid of these old doubts? Can I somehow convince "myself" that I am reallly not that fat anymore?

Hi I was bullied for different reasons I would like to share my experience anyway some part of it might help you. I'm blond have a naturally tanned skin tone with blue eyes you would think that's a good thing but you wouldn't believe the difficulties it's caused me. Basically I look gay, I'm not the slightest bit attracted to men or any man I've met I'm completely confident I'm not. As a child I was asked if I was gay before I knew what gay was. I'm not a hater but if I was bullies would be top of the list. I've had many bullies but u might enjoy this one because I fought back for once. I had some friends at school but I wasn't well liked I think because I was bullied I looked weak. Here goes, 1 bully was regularly picking on me he was a head taller and always with his pack of 5 mates it was showing off I think. I finally had had enuf I figured that the action of throwing a punch is similar to a push up. I did push ups every night b4 bed I got very strong but out of proportion. Around 6 months later I was hanging my school bag and he shoved me to the ground I instantly lost my temper jumped up and smashed his nose with every bit of anger and strength I had, he was stunned and blinking I smashed his nose again with another haymaker he fell bak into his mates witch held him up. Then the fight was on he got the better of me but only just. I was told it was an even fight but at the end I stood my ground and he left. In my book that's my win. The strangest thing happened people I'd never spoken to were smiling at me and saying hello, and get this even some of his pack. As an adult I learned to box and a little martial arts I'm not interested in it as a sport just for self defence. It's called hand to hand combat I can break arms and legs and disarm a weaponed opponent. I also know the exact spot on the neck and how to hit it to crush a windpipe and kill. I really regret learning that because I'm afraid I might use it one day. Don't learn that one is my advice you don't need it or want it. I feel sorry for the next bully stupid enough to physically assault me. As for women try this, choose a mildly attractive woman smile at her and just say yum, keep walking past her like it was nothing. If you get a negative look it's over in a second no harm done. If she looks at you and smiles you will know instantly your in. You introduce yourself and shake her hand. Then you want something funny to say that will make her laugh. From there your 100% set uve made her feel beautiful desirable and happy in under a minute she will love you from day dot. Treat her well good luck!

By the way it doesn't make a difference what you like it doesn't matter for guys, the ugliest guy can have beautiful girls. And put a lot of effort into researching preparing your funny thing to say to make her laugh

Having an attractive girl will help you convince yourself your not fat. Also it takes a minimum of 3 to make a pattern. If you make her feel beautiful desirable and happy 3× for 3 days in a row after that just looking at you will make her feel this way. Also with sex if you make her orgasm 3× in a row every time u have sex after that she wil orgasm. The first time you say yum to an attractive girl you will be nervous. You have to fake being light confident and casual if your seen to be intense or its forced it won't work. To make a girl orgasm I do missionary and play with her CL and stuck on her neck. Stimulating multiple erogenous zones will make her pop! Lol
