I had been struggling to manage my anger.

I’ve tried a lot and on there’s been successful period and struggling periods

I’d appreciate it if any body can recommend me some good information on anger management.

What triggers your anger, my friend? What expectations are broken when you feel anger? May need a bit more context first! I'll try to provide some perspective as a coach if I have more information. Sorry for being late to the party.

There are no books to manager your anger, they just don't exist. You should just control your emotions and don't let anger come out

You have to address reasons why you feel angry. Buy yourself a punching bag and boxing gloves, it will help you unleash anger in a way that helps.
