Slept really well last night.

Lots of vivid dreams.

I feel that my mind is becoming more sharp.

Vivid dreams...had those for a few months after quitting; never slept well the whole time though.

Strange, I never felt my brain was any less sharp when smoking vs not smoking (aside from being less sharp due to PAWS). So strange how some people get some symptoms really bad, and other people dont feel them at all.

Hope you get another good nights rest lonelysmoker. Cheers.

So after those few months did the vivid dreams just vanish? Or do you still get them from time to time? Mine seem to be getting even more intense as I round month 3 vs month 1 when they first started. I just want them to go away... they are so messed up!

I dont have the vivid dreams anymoe since then. The only time I did was during a really stressful week last month; where I had vivid dreams for a few days and my sleep which was pretty good went to sh**.

Thanks for that, it's good know know. I have had a day here and there without dreams but recently it's been bad. I wonder if it's the 1 month, 3 month, 6, 9 etc PAWS thing since they started after month 1 and then went away and now maybe i'm hitting the 3 month paws. Not dreaming was the best part of thc induced sleep. Especially since I have complex ptsd. During previous flower withdrawals I had wicked nightmares that I still remember to this day, but after quitting flower and using extracts exclusively this time has been different. Way less night sweating too.
