Postby desperate788 » Fri Jan 03, 2020 5:16 pm

I used to have long walks to cure my depression years ago that didn't work after years is it possible that my mind became a bit suitable to respond walking that's something mental doctors recommended to me

Swam for 90 mins. Don't know if it worked. What do you think? If it works I can schedule daily 60 mins of swimming.

In my opinion, walking is one of the best ways to de-stress yourself

It doesn't always help. Just do what you feel will bring you pleasure.

Sussy what made you post at a thread I started long ago? It's a dead thread few people posted and a reflection of my usual idiocy.

When I was sectioned in hospital, once I was aloud to go for a 15 minute walk it was the best. Normally you just take it for granted, but it definatly makes you feel good, and gets you away from the TV at least for 30 minutes.

Welcome aboard, Rockie! You've gotta feel good about a new member who starts out "When I was sectioned in hospital" :D

You're right about taking a break for a walk. TV isn't my trouble but I've been hunched over my computer for six hours now...

It's always good to have a long walk and to be with yourself. Try to cope with your mind
