Rational mind says it would be bebeficial for someone depressed but its desperate things dont work rationally

It snowed here on the east coast yesterday. I like walking. It’s to cold to walk outside for several days now. I have a tread mill but hate walking on it. Much nicer just walking through the town I live in. Winter gets me down.

when you walk; you kinda do lots of good things: you are relaxing, enjoying, you socialize, you create new memories, good memories which is good if you want to let go of the old ones, you can consider that as work time, a therapy, i would recomend to everyone to walk 30 min a day , i only do 30 if you have more energy you can do even more,

I agree walking is good specially under blue skies or at cold but dry days. I always liked walking.
