I just wanted to share a big connection I've ‘rediscovered’. Going week 1.5 here clean. And ive had decent 7 hour sleeps the last week until last night...
yesterday i ate fastfood, and a lot of packaged food. As before that i did more home cooking and vegetables based meals.
Usually my first couple weeks free are terrible sleeps.
I was so dehydrated and kept waking up last night. I think salt has a huge affect on my sleep. Anybody else have this issue?
