Hi

I stopped weed 45 days ago after 10 years of nightly smoking.

Im still experiencing insomnia, depression, anxiety, brain fog, hot flashes, sweating.

Should i be concerned ? My brain is trying to convince me its not withdrawals but something else is wrong with me...

Youre still early in your quit. You can go to the doc to rule out other causes, but its probably withdrawal. I had the same symptoms. After the second or third month, the sweating should improve significantly. The insomnia could take 6 months or more to get better. Remember, you smoked for years so your body will take a while to adapt. The good news is that these symptoms arent dangerous, as long as youre not suicidal or anything like that. Exercise and a good diet will help.

@Eroica makes a good point in regard to exercise and diet. A good long jog late in the afternoon will make you naturally tired and ready for a good night's sleep. A healthy diet speaks for itself.
