About 17 months ago I quit smoking weed.Just like everyone else the first 3-6 months were tough, However sine august of 2019 ive felt like my self again. I wasn't having any severe paws symptoms. Howver starting about 2 weeks ago i feel like i back in those first few months. my anxiety has risen and I just feel like how i did at the beginning Just wondering if this is normal to have paws after feeling pretty good for a long period of time. Thank you! Hope everyone is safe and healthy during these times.

No, it's good old-fashioned non-ex-toker anxiety. Stay off the caffeine, practise deep-breathing, drink as much water as you can hold and it'll go away.

Normal is a strange word to use. Nothing is normal about PAW, I’m 22 months in and still haven’t recovered.
Based on what I read most people get a final return of PAW before it completely goes away. I would suggest you stay off caffeine and exercise. This is the final rewiring of your brain.

No way to know for sure. I would think after a few months feeling normal, PAWS wouldnt flare up again but it could. At this point, after so many months feeling normal; it may just be normal anxiety from other life factors; anything else in your life that could be causing this?

Id say ride through it; if it is paws - think of it as a last wave. One wave every 18+ months inst too bad, and if it is PAWS it will go away in more time

I think that you are experiencing your final waves of PAWS. How are you doing right now?
