Gave up cigarettes

Postby TrueReality » Sat Jul 25, 2020 10:38 pm

Gave up cigarettes 5 days ago. Using vape atm and still vaping weed. But am feeling psychologically optimistic and strong. Next will be sugar, caffeine, weed.

One by one.

Thanks

Day 6 Smoking tobacco is not going to be part of my life anymore, although vaping is healthier, it also must go.

Thank you for watching candid, supportive people inspire me.

I recommend you stop counting days, take plenty of deep breaths and affirm your better health.

All the things written by tokeless and me on the zillions of PAWS threads apply.

Really, you need only know what tokeless advises: Just get on with life as a non-smoker.

Still watching, although it could be better for you to do things other than posting here.

Well, counting days can help, every new day you spend without smoking feels like you've beaten yesterday's achievement, and that is enough to make one proud of themselves.
