I think I sleep too much and its affecting my quality of life, the sleep is ruining me. I have to drag myself away from the bed... and when I do go back I oversleep. I need to stay awake, but for how long? Should I try to keep awake for as many days as possible, or try to cut down my sleeping hours gradually? I dont want to oversleep. The trick is staying awake, but should I limit myself to 6 hours, I wonder if that is possible?...
