Feel like a new me is coming

Postby DistortedSoul » Fri Aug 07, 2020 11:50 pm

Recently I posted about a bad wave I went thru at the 3 month mark. It’s been days since then, & I’m feeling way too energetic at work. Even before the wave hit, I still had a sense of energy & humor/charisma I’ve never had before. Can it be that PAWS is taking a turn for the better for me? I still deal with sleep disturbances, physical manifestations of anxiety but it doesn’t affect me as much anymore. I feel like I could do a lot now. I was fine for the first 2 months, minor PAWS symptoms, now I feel like im back on that rhythm, but a lot more better. I dunno. I could just be overconfident. I hope you guys are doing well.

Good job on your quit. Thanks for posting your observations as I'm in my third month. Glad to hear you hit a good point though I'm still dealing with sleep, anxiety, and heart palpitation issues. Also feeling my brain tingling again tonight. But I'm looking forward to hit a better stride by the end of this month like you did. It can only get better from here on out. Keep it up!

The more you confront the problems the better you will feel and be against the anxiety.
