Very proud of myself hitting the 5 month clean mark tomorrow. Staying off weed and alcohol was tough, but has gotten better. Headaches have gone away, spent less time with anxiety and stomach issues seemed to go away. Still have a tough time with head fog, head pressure and my memory still isn’t great. Have been running, trying to eat better every day, take fish oil and magnesium and try to get as much sleep as possible. I feel like the only thing I can do is be patient and give it time, but I’m up for trying something to help relieve these issues. Anyone recommend anything else i can do to help with what I’m going thru? Thank you all and good luck with everyone’s journeys.
