hope for PAWS - 8 months sober

Postby imondayXX » Tue Sep 01, 2020 9:41 am

Hello again friends,

Well I'm about to reach the 8.5 month milestone again which will be on the 2nd (tomorrow) and can tell you I'm feeling PAWS subside. I still think I will have another wave or tiredness, but just like last time 8.5 months is when things really improved for me. I had a 1 month relapse that restarted the entire process for 8.5 months. I've given up the green for good this time (knock on wood).

Just keep in mind that PAWS time is the only healer and no matter what your brain tells you, you will get better.

All the best,

That is true, but the brain will officially make things better when we programme the brain to do different things that are helpful to the body.
