[quote="tokes"]Brain fog WILL lift. It is not permanent. I smoked for 8 years everyday without a break and mine has gone now. All the other skills such as quick reaction times, coordination, concerntration, multi tasking, finishing things properly and efficiently I've had to configure as those functions were used to working on THC. But those are basically back to normal levels too now. Everyone has the "I think I've done permanent damage" thought process but you haven't. Sure you might be a bit slower and bit more out of touch then friends or work colleagues but they didn't smoke marijuana for 20 years. I'm 2.9 years in and im still feeling new clicks and adjustments that are improving my mental capabilities to how they were before. So just keep going..everyday is a step towards returning to normality so don't pick up the habit again![/quote
Hey man, I’m at 9 1/2 months now n still feeling like crap. The past couple days I’ve been feeling defeated and completely depressed. Signed in today and looked back at my old posts and saw this comment and just want to say that I appreciate it. To feel like crap for almost 10 months has just grinded me down, but I needed to read something like this to kind of give me some hope and to not give up. Just thought I’d comment n say thank you and I appreciate it so much.
