As I was reading an astrologist's post . . .

[point number] 3. There are probably a lot of things you need to work on. Things that are unpleasant, hard and unflattering. All of us do. Nothing happens overnight. Most likely, you won’t like my advice. People prefer complaining and doing nothing and just being patted on the back and told they were right, omg you’re so doomed/special

. . . I thought of you.

I no longer offer advice to you.

“my therapist is probably trying to alter my sexual orientation. There is a risk of me being autistic as far as i could understan if he succeeds the issue is as i take libido supressing drugs autism may be hidden and appear strongly and suddenly when i taper off drugs. What say you?”

Google the emotional scale, and understand and recognize the emotion of blame. Your therapist has no interest in changing your sexual orientation, only your well being orientation. Give up the belief something is wrong with you, self judgment, rather than creating a new belief about the therapist.

Suppressing emotionally is also known as brain fog, or the apparent lack of ability to focus. Without the belief, and the discord of focusing on it, it will seem as if your ability to focus goes through the roof, superhuman. Absolutely worthwhile and amazing. Owning the blame, rather than projecting it, is the key. The belief is literally made of the clarity sought, like clouds obscuring a clear and empty sky, there is nothing wrong with the sky, there is only to let the clouds go.

A belief is prior to a substance, as all is mind. Mind will always win. The trying of anything, including substances might help, but will always circle back to seeing through the belief that something is wrong with you.

Bring love, appreciation, kindness to mind, how do you feel?

Bring blame, resentment, and not being enough to mind, how do those thoughts feel?

People are posting, just not to you.

You keep going over the same old troubles and nothing ever changes for you.

If you want something to change, get up, get out, and do something about it.
