Use the emotional scale to understand, listen to, and employ emotions, vs identifying... “I’m experiencing the emotion of boredom” vs I am bored.

Feel the contentment of this moment, letting all conditions and expectations held upon it go, by focusing on seeing, hearing, breathing and feeling.

Hopefulness then naturally arises, like a cork which was held under water naturally floats when resistance is let go.

If & when difficult emotions arise, use expressive writing to allow them to be felt, experienced and fully expressed.

Create a dreamboard, which is a dry erase board with everything that comes to mind that you want to do, be, have, create and experience on it. This way, instead of thoughts ‘bouncing around’ in the head so to speak, it’s effortless to focus on what you want, as it is on a dry erase board in front of you. The entire vantage point changes.

Between the dreamboard and the emotional scale, you are knowing what you are wanting, allowing all emotions to be felt, and you’ll soon recognize the guidance of emotions, leading you & loving you directly to what you desire to create & experience.

The value of letting go of what does not resonate with you, which has been undervalued, shines, the more you feel and focus (effortlessly) on what you do want.

Soon enough, you’ll not be able to even remember boredom. It will seem like a distant memory in a life where you have more that you desire to experience than could be fit into a hundred lifetimes.

If you’ve been focusing on what you don’t want a lot (resistance), it can be tricky to ‘get out of your own way’. Simple exercises like streaming and improv writing makes this fun & easily engaging.

The tools mentioned... the emotional scale, expressive journaling, streaming, and improve writing are on the ‘Tools’ page of my site... ActualityOfBeing.

My boredom is more like a disease..you may call it anhedonia or severe hidden depression. Its caused by damaged serotonine and dopamine systems due to extreme adrenalin. What do you think about my claims?

I have that too. It's unpleasant but not fatal.

The worst that can happen is you end up locked in a psychiatric ward, mislabelled as psychotic, schizophrenic or schizoaffective, and drugged accordingly.

Admittedly that isn't pleasant, particularly in the countries where "medication" is enforced. That's how I knew I had to get out of Australia.
