İ think İTS harmful actually i dont get much joy from it but i get too bored inside

When you hold conditions upon how this moment should[i] be you feel out of touch with the perfection & miracle this moment actually is. It’s a bit like trying to get to point B in life, without ever being at point A, so that you can then orient from A to B. B, is what you want in your life. Being fully at A, or, content with this moment as it is, allows the opportunity to become aware of the conditions, and being aware is more than ample.

From shifting focus away from thoughts of how your life should be, and instead to seeing, hearing, and feeling of contentment right now, a certain recognition arises that any discord you’ve been experiencing, you’ve been creating, by focusing on thoughts that are not aligned with your true nature, or more simply said, thoughts that do not feel good, to you.

When you focus on seeing, hearing, and feeling, and give the thoughts a break, you feel good.

When you recognize you can do this anytime, that you are in control of how you feel, naturally, you begin to feel hopeful and excited about your future. You are emotionally equipped to experience what may come, knowing that in all cases you hold the power to be content with this moment as it is.

Notice, you are never ‘there’, and you never experience a ‘past’ or a ‘future’. Noticed this in your direct experience. Solidify this truth by actually ‘going to’ a ‘past’ or ‘future’ or a ‘there’, right now. You will soon realize wherever you are equals here, now, which is the present, as in, the gift of life.

When you [i]feel
contentment and realize this is always within your power, you begin to feel hopeful, optimistic and empowered about creating and experiencing. It is soon realized how detrimental complaining is, as it is conditioning and not creating experience which you want, which resonates, or feels good, to you.

Most practically speaking, many are so habitually used to focusing only on what they don’t want, that they actually struggle to recognize and focus on what they do want. Make this easy by writing down a list on paper of what you know you don’t want. Then write the opposite next to each thing you wrote down, which would be deriving what you do want from knowing what you don’t want.

Then, going forward, when you are experiencing boredom, focus on breathing, seeing and hearing to allow the dissipation of having focused on what you don’t want to fizzle out... and consciously, gently, effortlessly, focus on what you do want. It helps to hang that list of what you do want on the wall, as this makes it all the easier to focus on it, and be reminded of it.

You will feel great in doing so, because fundamentally what you do want, is what feels good, to you.

Was a fine day regard to healthy nutrition but spent too much for order from grocery store at the evening after that ate a desert too i hope tomorrow will be a better day regard to healthy eating and money saving.
