Chamomile would be a great substitute for green tea. Green tea is stimulating while chamomile is relaxing. Try it for a while and let us know how you feel about it.

from my experience i can say that chamomile may indeed helping anxiety but there are many variables im not sure

I nearly stopped Green tea and started drinking chamomile also one probiotic tea a day.

you know ı have problems ending relations wıth therapist maybe its patient pschology ı gave the impression that ı will be a long time client now ignoring that bothers me
