Opinion on silunex

i was prescribed this drug by my doctor i wonder if its a heavy drug its snri which means targeting noradrenergic sistem. I have serious problems with adrenaline so i worry this drug mess things i also have concerns about wuthdrawal my doctor says it will benefit whats your opinion?

If you don't want medical opinion and advice, don't see a doctor.
If you consult a doctor, do as she or he says.

Adrenaline issue at my barın very serious drug may cause problems maybe i should tell the doctor to prescribe a ssri. He doesnt know of adrenalin

my knowledge about brain neuro chemistry very limited just know adrenaline is problematic

I just wonder if it helps my work anxiety. I sometimes think though that its not work anxiety just a normal reaction to a damn job. What do you think?
