Its official my last puff was today at 9.20 am et. On February 23 2021. Been a daily smoker for 15 years. Started smoking at 22 . Im 36 right now. Its been a roller coaster but I want out. I will keep updating to track my self on this forum and help other people. Thanks you guys for this support.

Well done for quitting firstly. All I advise is be realistic in your goals, accept relapse if it happens and also that you will feel different now you're not smoking. Give yourself time and get support from non smoking activities and people.
