Hi, I'm just wondering if there are any others who are suffering with an eating disorder. I've only realised that I am. Gradually over the last 2 years I've been reducing my food and abusing laxatives to lose weight. At present I only consume liquids and not food. I never thought I'd be like this. I'm worried about going to the doctor as I'm not underweight so I dont look ill. Thanks for reading

actually i cant think a life without tea but never tried shakes

They're diet shakes but yes like protein ones. 115 cals each

I think if you want cal you can add sugar to your tea protein is something different also a juice would do the trick for cals

That's the problem, I dont want to put on weight or increase calories, I'm consuming as little as possible to lose weight. I'm basically slowly starving myself and it's gotten out of hand

There are some methods to lose weight without focusing on cals i saw some books about that fruits high in calories is accepted
