Juices friend or foe?

some sites claim they improve seretonin some say they worsen depression what are positives and negatives of fruits juices regard to health? I consume too much trying arrange dosage.

Use only freshly-made raw juices, preferably made from your own juicer, as it is best to consume immediately.

There are hours of material there i cant stand one minute due to boredom when raw negatives decrease? Someone here told me pasteriosed juices are good

Cooking juice destroys life force, the electromagnetic energy contained in our God-given foods.

Boredom? Tell me how you expect to learn anything if you don't make the effort to do a little study.

Fresh juices that you made are healthier. Never buy those that are from grocery stores.

Juices remove the fibre and pulp from the fruit and extract the juice, which is mainly sugars. Eat the fruit as it is. When drinks tell you "contains the juice from 5 oranges".. that's marketing. Ask yourself, would you eat 5 oranges in one go?

True. When taking what John Rose calls a Solid Food Vacation, that is exactly what is wanted. It is a modified fast. The body has no work to do with the digesting of the juice, leaving the body to do the work of ridding the bowels of old, accumulated sticky wastes. The juices hydrate the old stuff which is then able to be expelled.

The sugars are the proper sugars coming straight from nature, unadulterated. These sugars ought not be confused or conflated with processed sugars, which are almost everywhere in our cultural foods.

Again, one does not want to consume pasteurized/processed sugars if they are concerned at all about their health.
