I don't know what to do

People always say it'll get better but when will it. I'm trying so damn hard and I have no idea what the hell I'm going to do. Everyone makes it seem so easy. Just stop eating. Just eat normally. I don't know how. I want to die. Being skinny seems like my own priority right now. I always told myself I'd never end up like this. I want to tell someone but I don't know how. Who's gonna believe that a fat girl makes herself throw up. The longest I've been binge-free is probably 8 days at the most and I've been purge-free for 2 months at the longest. I don't need someone with a lot of positivity or to give me sunshine and rainbows crap. I need someone to tell me that I need to get my sh** together. That if I keep going in either direction I'm going to die and I won't be looking hot either.

If losing weight and/or getting healthy is a priority, change your environment.

Since 2012, I've been living in different places throughout the world, roughly 3 to 4 months at a time. In some countries I have lost weight and in others, especially the United States, I have gained weight.

Am I a different person in these countries? No. I'm the same person, with the same "will power" but my access to food is different, my social activities are different, my level of physical activity is different.

Understandably, the extent to which any person can change their environment is not always easy. But, it is a place to start. Instead of looking to "will" yourself to a healthier routine, look for things that are enabling your access to food, look for relationships that are enabling you, etc.

While there’s no definitive answer to your concern, some obesity specialists say that depression and other mood disorders should be addressed before people do battle with the scale.

Remember that losing weight is hard enough when you're happy, but it's even harder when you're depressed.
