So, I've been into learning about the mind for a while, and I'm also into meditation. I've learned how to easily go into a trance to get hypnotized. The best time to try this is at night around 3am because the body is releasing DMT. So you should lay down in your bed and let your mind wander for about 10 minutes and after 10 minutes, put attention to the feeling of your body relaxing. Put attention on a body part like your throat, arms, leg, or stomach. you will feel yourself getting more relaxed, and then you're going to turn on your side that you sleep on and you're going to put your attention on the dark space behind your eyelids and after about 20 to 30 minutes of that, you're going to experience something amazing. you're going to start seeing specs of light (which is energy) and your mind's eye going to start showing you images, and then you're able to now start feeding your subconscious mind suggestions.
