Any ideas for relaxation?

I have serious relaxation probs but dont know any way to relax me? Your ideas?

Walking is good. And, as I've suggested hundreds of times before, cut caffeine out completely.

Are you sure walking is good? Dont i freak out? Life without tea isnt possible but i can limit green tea that is bulk of my caffeine intake.

Just like anyone training for a marathon needs to get through the pain barrier, you need to keep walking through the freakng-out barrier. Eventually you'll realise there's nothing to freak out about.

Millions of people live without drinking green tea. Find a hot drink without caffeine in it as a substitute.

There isnt a hot drink that doesnt contain caffeine. Is there? What is it? There are some fruit teas then i will drink them.

Hot water, for starters.

There are some fruit teas then i will drink them.

Various teas from health shops are good. You can discuss your needs with the shop staff. Remember to tell them you need NOT to be imbibing caffeine in any form.

I've never heard of chamomile causing a problem but again, talk to whoever's selling it.

I have an idea to relax. I will go to a big park today and chill there somewhere someone said nature is relaxing.

Of course not. You should go on feeling anxious, having trouble sleeping, and asking for help from strangers. It's your choice.
