Mixing peanut butter strawberry banana dark chocolate and nuts and making a smoothie from them..will that ve a healthy drink?

Regard to my genuine neurochemistry certainly not as healthy as green tea but probably better than coke Milk ayran. Maybe not as healthy as a smoothie thats straight of made with only fruits and vegetables. What do you think?

It is a drink of mostly sugar. Everything you listed is sugar, sugar, sugar, more sugar.

The peanut butter (a processed food) and nuts have fat and some protein.

if we are talking about protein ı know brown rice has plenty of it. instead of a smoothie loaded with simple and complex sugars should ı have the rice to ease my hunger?
