Face your fears and anxieties so they don't become incapacitating. Recognize ways of making a feeling of individual control or authority in your life. Practice pressure decrease procedures, like care reflection or oxygen consuming activity. Shift your concentration to the positive feelings in day to day existence.

I have overcome my fear with just facing it, and it was the hardest but still i'm so proud of myself for overcomng it.

Have a healthy life like reading books, eating healthy, exercise, going -out, and talking to friends. With this state your mind set will change and it can oversome your fear and anxiety, because you can know control your mind and you'll overcome you fears and anxiety.
