Types of insomnia (dyssomnia)
Insomnia
Symptoms of insomnia include difficulty starting and starting sleep.
That is, a person has difficulty falling asleep, and when he falls asleep, he has difficulty maintaining sleep and wakes up constantly during sleep.
Waking up early in the morning and having trouble falling asleep again are also signs of insomnia.

Hypersomnia
The person sleeps or naps several times during the day and the person's main sleep lasts more than 9 hours every day, but it does not relieve fatigue and he is not refreshed and awake after waking up.
In general, his drowsiness has caused disorders in his job and social functioning.

Sleep attack (narcolepsy)
The onset of guilty feelings about having the affair, in the first place, further zaps whatever energy the partner having the affair might still have left.
This attack is so severe that a person can not resist in any situation such as walking, talking, driving or teaching, and loses muscle control and falls asleep.
The sleep attack may be repeated several times a day, lasting from a few seconds to 30 minutes.
Hallucinations (dryness (loss or loss of muscle movement)) and sleep paralysis (inability to speak, move, and even breathe) are some of the symptoms associated with a sleep attack.

People with insomnia report a lower quality of life compared with people who are sleeping well. Complications of insomnia may include: Lower performance on the job or at school. Slowed reaction time while driving and a higher risk of accidents.

Green tea is controversial as it includes theanine beşinde caffeine. Thats why i have doubts about stopping. Stop using which drug some of the drugs are crucial for me like antipschotic drugs.

Last year I was suffering from insomnia and depression due to ups and downs in business. It get me into depression and insomnia. I tried everything but all fail. Then I started life coaching certified Emotional intelligence from coach training academy after someone recommendation and now I am happily live my life without any kind of depression or insomnia. Even life coaching also improve my mental health.

Stick to a sleep schedule. Keep your bedtime and wake time consistent from day to day, including on weekends.
